Wine List Philosophy
Wine should be for everyone…
Conventional wisdom regarding restaurant wine lists is to charge two to
three times the cost of the bottle. Our belief is that no one should have
to pay more than 50% above the wholesale cost for a bottle of wine. On
average, our wines are priced at a 37% mark up from our cost.
The wine list itself reflects esoteric, hard-to-find selections, half
of which are from local San Benito County producers and winemakers. The
idea is that costomers want a great product, not just a great price. Whatever
your taste or price range, we will have a wine to complement what you
are looking for.
